📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist eye specialists in patient consultations and examinations using advanced eye examination equipment
• Manage patient records and appointments using EMR systems and patient management software
• Provide administrative support to the clinic, including patient registration and billing
• Ensure the clinic operates smoothly by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of medical supplies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in eye care

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or administrative role in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems and patient management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of eye care and medical terminology
