📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on buses to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize fleet availability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle history using SAP or similar fleet management systems.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support and training to less experienced team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with diagnostic software such as TruckScan or Snap-on.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
