📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Assist in managing the flow of customers during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the dining area.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
