As a Direct Sales Representative for Bnetfit, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, building strong relationships with potential customers and driving our growth in Jakarta Barat, Pusat, Selatan, Timur, Utara, and Depo.

In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting, contacting, and converting leads into paying customers. You'll leverage your sales skills and knowledge of Bnetfit's internet services to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. With competitive pay ranging from Rp 3,000,000 to Rp 6,000,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the dynamic internet service industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and contact potential customers in Jakarta Raya to generate leads and sales opportunities
• Present and explain Bnetfit's internet services and packages to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals with residential and commercial customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and inquiries
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Bnetfit's product offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, telemarketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of internet service industry and Bnetfit's products and services
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation for field work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
