📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including performance management and training programs.
• Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure optimal workforce planning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build our employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a proven track record in managing talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software, including BambooHR, Greenhouse, and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
