📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and serve a variety of premium cocktails and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to meet high service demands.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Promote a positive and professional atmosphere in the bar area.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume nightclub or bar setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Passionate about creating and serving premium beverages.
