📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of municipal services, including waste management, public transportation, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Manage a team of professionals and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
• Leverage data analytics and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to make informed decisions and optimize service performance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and community leaders, to drive innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in municipal services.
• Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Represent the Provincial Government at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events to promote municipal services and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in municipal services management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of municipal operations, including waste management, public transportation, and infrastructure development.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools and GIS software, such as ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Certification in municipal management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
