📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on agricultural products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use laboratory equipment and software such as LabSoft and SAP to analyze samples and generate reports.
• Certify agricultural products and issue certificates of compliance.
• Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and processing plants to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and certifications.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with international and local requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural quality control or a similar role.
• Certification in agricultural quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software such as LabSoft and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO and HACCP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
