As a Part-Time ICT / Computer Support Specialist, you'll be using industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage and resolve IT issues efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including but not limited to, laptops, desktops, servers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both locally and remotely.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
• Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and support business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proven experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
