📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, using tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, working with our trusted payroll provider.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Maintain HR documentation and records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
