📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accounts payable records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely financial information.
• Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and report generation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
