Located in Bali, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives across multiple locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee development, compliance, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
