As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the financial activities of our group. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Manage and coordinate the financial activities of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of financial activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Perform regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance, with a strong background in group-wide financial operations.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial issues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
