Your daily tasks will include monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining detailed records using tools like SAP or Oracle.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure smooth operations and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage deliveries.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory using SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
• Assist in any other general office tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or inventory management, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Proficient in using SAP or Oracle for inventory management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and processes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
