📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement innovative technology strategies that align with business goals.
Lead and mentor the technology team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technology strategy and implementation.
Proven track record of leading technology teams and driving technological innovation.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and cloud computing.
Certifications in technology strategy and management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
