📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Lead and motivate the warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing inventory and ensuring accuracy.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
