Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and update shipping schedules and logistics information,Assist in the organization and maintenance of shipping records,Provide support in the resolution of shipping-related queries and issues,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills,Assist in the implementation of safety and security protocols,Support in the organization of shipping events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role,Familiarity with shipping software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Ability to travel domestically and internationally
