TRACE Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and support to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients, including medication counseling and education.,Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients, including monitoring for adverse reactions and drug interactions.,Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including compounding and sterile compounding.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication histories and treatment plans.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use of medications in the treatment of various medical conditions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.,Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical care setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.,Valid pharmacy license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
