📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Monitor and optimize system performance,Ensure data security and implement backup procedures,Manage and update software and hardware,Coordinate with vendors for IT services and support,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train employees on IT systems and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies,Certifications in IT support or relevant areas are a plus
