📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio in Jember, Jawa Timur.,Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards of quality.,Work closely with property managers and maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement strategies to increase tenant satisfaction and retention.,Monitor market trends and competition to ensure that our properties remain competitive.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the property portfolio.,Attend and participate in industry conferences and networking events.,Any other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a property portfolio.,Strong knowledge of local market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
