Bosh Engineering is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer or Worker Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to join our Construction M&E team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with Indonesian and international safety standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a strong safety culture.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution.,Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or WSHO (Worker Safety and Health Officer) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
