📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
