Sentral Nanda Spareparts is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Subang branch, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Subang branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of sales and service personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and sales figures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
