📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings,Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability,Prepare and distribute job descriptions and advertisements to attract candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
