Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes,Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation,Support the team in achieving operational goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus,Familiarity with operational best practices and standards
