📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Coordinate and manage partner relationships, including client onboarding, project alignment, and ongoing support.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to address partner concerns and ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on partner satisfaction and project progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance partner relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and project details using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service to partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate and partner relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the corporate or partner relations sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
