📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
