GLEAM Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Pontianak. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-store and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure timely and efficient service to maintain customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Promote menu items and specials to encourage customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen terminology and procedures.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
