📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Manage the accounting records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards,Oversee the payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making,Monitor and control cash flow and budgeting processes,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
