Glow New Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. We offer a competitive salary and a vibrant work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquets and special events.,Coordinate with event planners and catering staff to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (on-site and remote).
