Hotel Umar Coffee is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
