📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.,Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by troubleshooting and resolving any issues.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve our online store's performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.,Provide excellent customer service to our online customers.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our online store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.,Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
