📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Field Sales Manager in managing and developing the sales team.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Field Sales Manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
