ZENIX Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure seamless product flow.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and inventory levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide support to the Distribution Manager in managing the distribution team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor distribution activities and address any issues that may arise.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management on distribution performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
