📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and consulting services to clients, ensuring their inspection and measurement equipment operates at optimal performance.
• Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with equipment.
• Develop and implement technical solutions and best practices to improve clients' processes and productivity.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in inspection and measurement technology, and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
• Perform calibration and verification of equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Train clients and their staff on the proper use and maintenance of inspection and measurement equipment.
• Document technical findings, solutions, and client interactions for future reference and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably in inspection, test, or measurement equipment.
• Strong knowledge of inspection and measurement principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
• Certification in relevant inspection and measurement technologies, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
