📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotional events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
