📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery to ensure high precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize production output and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure production processes meet international standards.
• Conduct quality checks on manufactured parts and components.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of machine performance and production output.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Proven experience with CNC machinery and programming.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid CNC Operator certification or equivalent is a plus.
